# Product Update: Supervised Scheduling and Vena Outreach
This release strengthens two pillars of the Venopus AI HR Team platform: coordinated interviews and supervised outreach drafted by Vena. Everything ships with human approval before candidates see messages or meetings go live.
Interview scheduling and calendar sync
Recruiters can link interviews to the tools their teams already use:
- Google Meet for lightweight video screens
- Zoom for structured panel interviews
- Microsoft Teams for enterprise calendars
Scheduling stays inside the hiring pipeline so stage, interviewer, and candidate context remain in one place instead of a separate calendar tab.
Vena outreach drafts
Vena, the recruiting AI teammate, now speeds up repetitive writing while keeping recruiters accountable:
- Job posting drafts from natural language briefs
- Single candidate emails tailored to stage and role
- Bulk outreach filtered by pipeline stage and review score
Every draft opens in review. Nothing sends until a recruiter approves.
Scorecards and reports unchanged, still central
Plus and Basic customers continue to rely on shared team scorecards, explainable candidate reports, and AI CV screening on apply. This update connects scheduling and outreach to the same evidence layer recruiters already use for decisions.

Venopus is a system of work, not unattended automation. Releases prioritize visibility, approval gates, and activity history so teams can adopt AI without losing control of brand voice or compliance.
What is next on the roadmap
